PolyCore™ PETG-1013 3K
The PolyCore PETG pellets by Polymaker are available in as simple PETG (PETG-1000) or the 30 % glass fibre composite PETG-1013.
Both varieties were developed specially for BAAM (Big Area Additive Manufacturing).
The PolyCore PETG-1000 pellets are very easy to work with, have a unique surface finish, and are perfect for indoor applications, for example in the BAAM as well as MAAM (Medium Area Additive Manufacturing) of furniture, lighting or decoration.
The PolyCore PETG-1013 pellets, on the other hand, give the 3D printed parts excellent dimensional stability, overall mechanical strength, and weather resistance thanks to the added glass fibers. Thus, the PolyCore PETG-1013 pellets will be the perfect material for outdoor applications where the 3D printed part must withstand impact, stress, wear and tear, and rough handling.

Other Comments
- It is recommended to stop feeding and continue extruding until the extruder is fully empty if printing stops for a short term (10-30 min).
- If the printing stops for a long term (several hours), stop feeding and continue extruding until the extruder is fully empty, then use polyethylene (PE) to clean the extruder. This helps prevent material carbonization and keeps the extruder in good condition.
